What this site does

WBOTY displays public season standings, episode history and contestant lore. Visitors can read these records without creating a site account. The public feed is read-only; it does not provide a way to edit the commissioner spreadsheet.

Information processed when you visit

The site application does not ask for your name or email address and does not include advertising or analytics trackers. Its hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, request times and security cookies to deliver and protect the site. Their handling and retention of that information are governed by their own services and policies.

Contestant photos may load from YouTube or Pepperbox image servers. Those providers receive the network information needed to deliver an image. Episode buttons take you to third-party websites, whose privacy practices apply after you leave.

Fan voting

Fan voting is closed. The application rejects vote submissions and does not issue a voting identifier while voting is closed. Before opening a ballot, the site must publish the applicable voting rules and explain any identifiers, anti-abuse processing, retention periods and contact options. Existing records, if any, are not available through the closed voting endpoint.

Security

Website security controls include an explicit public-data field list, blocked administrative and sensitive-file paths, read-only request handling and browser security headers. Security checks reduce risk; they do not guarantee that a website is invulnerable.
